Our Design & Setup Process
Booking balloon decor for your Temecula event is simple.

2. We design your custom installation. Our team creates a balloon decor plan tailored to your event. We'll recommend garland lengths, arch sizes, placement ideas, and any specialty elements that fit your vision and venue.
3. We deliver, install & style on-site. We arrive at your Temecula venue with everything needed to install your balloon decor. We set up before your event start time so the decor is complete and photo-ready when you need it. We handle anchoring, styling, and all finishing touches.
4. You celebrate. Your balloons stay beautiful throughout your event. After your celebration, you can easily cut down balloons with scissors, and many clients include them in venue cleanup. Latex balloons are biodegradable.
Timing note: We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance when possible. Balloon colors and availability vary, and advance notice lets us source exactly what your design needs. Bookings within 2 days of your event may be accommodated with a $50 rush fee, subject to availability.

Foto Vibe is based in Costa Mesa with one studio location. We serve Temecula and wine country venues with delivery and installation throughout the area.
Travel from Costa Mesa: Temecula is outside Orange County, so a delivery and travel fee applies in addition to balloon decor pricing. Installation is billed at 20% of the product price. We'll provide a complete quote with travel costs when you share your event details.
Venues we serve: Wineries and vineyard estates, hotels and event centers, private residences, tasting rooms, outdoor celebration sites, and restaurants throughout Temecula and surrounding wine country.
Service area coverage: In addition to Temecula, we bring balloon decor to events across Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and the Inland Empire. Fees apply outside Orange County.
